Sweet & Spicy Chicken Pineapple Macaroni
I’m going to be honest right now, this is lazy girl meal that is easy to put together with not a lot of fancy additions. I am not a huge fan of pasta or macaroni unless I make the sauce myself. If you want to try something new this time, keep reading for how I made this yummy homemade delicious sauce.
Sauce: Maggi sauce, taco seasoning, soy sauce, 4-5 garlic cloves, Manchurian sauce, brown sugar, butter, chili flakes, tomato puree & peanut butter.
Veggies: Onion, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper & chilies
Let’s begin putting this together!
1. Boil 2 cups of pasta
2. In a separate pan coat the bottom of the pan with oil. Once the pan is hot, stir fry the veggies together to your desired look (I like mine a little brown/toasty).
3. Drain your pasta and add into the pan. Mix the content well and lower the head to low-medium.
4. Add in the chopped teriyaki chicken meatballs. Add cheese on top (optional) and you’re ready to eat!
Tip: You can use any protein, but I prefer chicken for myself. Here is the link to where I got the Chicken Meatballs. They’re juicy and sweet, so I like the flavor. This is optional, but you can find this at your local Costco. This link will show you the nutrition and other information about the brand that sells it. Personally, I love how clean this brand is and they have some other great options that Costco also sells like their chicken links and grilled chicken patties. They’re full of protein, flavor and no harmful ingredients.
